A Propulsion system from Star Trek: Voyager. It is basicly a wormhole drive and provides constant time transportation to any point in the universe. My guess is that two sets of warp coils are alligned so that their lobes overlap to somehow form the wormhole, but beyond that I have no clue how this latest incarnation of the warp drive works.
