Set of rules governing the Governments of Canada. Three types of rule make it up:

Entrenched Constitutional Laws
- Constitution Act 1867
- Constitution Act 1982
Organic Statutes
- Supreme Court Act
- Canadian Bill of Rights 1960 repealed in favour of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms in CA 1982
- Many other acts.
Constitutional Conventions
- The Five Conventions of Responsible Government
- The Four rules for forming a government
- Major Constitutional Ammendments require a national Refferendum.
- All the other little unwritten rules we inherited from Britian or created ourselves.
