This is a cheap, portable "massager" that's advertised on late-night television. It's supposed to be this device that you slip onto your finger that vibrates at over 9000 beats per minute. That seems awfully fast to me.

I think that it could actually be kind of kinky. I can think of some great uses for a wearable vibrator, but they didn't show any of that on TV.
