A syndicated daily comic strip created and written by Darby Conley. Unexpectedly hilarious, this strip has been favorably compared to "Bloom County", although it's more like "Dilbert" would be if it starred the cast of "Garfield".

The regular cast of this strip includes:

• Rob Wilco, a low-level employee in an ad agency somewhere. He's basically trying to keep his life in a semblance of order whenever he's not at his apartment coping with his pets. He's single and dresses like it, typically wearing "Lowe Tech" sweatshirts and untucked t-shirts around the house. His hair is a permanent mess.

• Bucky, Rob's Siamese cat, is an accident waiting to happen every day. He cultivates his one fang as his only threatening feature, loafs around the apartment while Rob works, and occasionally tries to pass off random acts of senseless violence as modern art. Your typical cat, in other words.

• Satchel, his dog, part terrier and part Shar-Pei, who constantly wears a metal wristwatch and is a little naive and even more neurotic. By and large, though, he tries to stay on Rob's good side, and only pokes fun at Bucky when Rob's around to back him up.

The comic strip Get Fuzzy is a comic strip focused on the life of bachelor Rob with his two pets: Satchel, a lovable, if not intellegent dog, and Bucky, a sly cat.

Here's a typical comic strip:

Satchel:(enters looking shocked and confounded) "Did you know that hamburgers are made out of cows?"

Rob: (not suprised by the question) "yeah, that's why I try not to eat 'em."

Bucky: "mmm....cows..."

Satchel: (introspectively) "well... someone should have told me...I don't hold anything against cows... I like cows!"

Bucky: "I like cows too. I hold buns against them."

Rob: "Aw, Bucky! You're like why I try to eat vegetarian."
