Title character in a cartoon about a kid who has no neck and his misadventures. Usually preverted in some way or another, each two-minute or so short demonstrates the ups and downs of no-neck-ism. Written, produced, directed, etc by Craig McCracken, producer of Dexter's Laboratory, Powerpuff Girls, and 2 Stupid Dogs. No Neck Joe can be seen only in Spike and Mike's Sick and Twisted Animation festivals.
