Very entertaining actor who played the role of Jimmy James on the sitcom NewsRadio. He also played an IAB sergeant during the first season of NYPD Blue, a Klingon starship captain on Star Trek: The Next Generation (on the two-parter "Unification"), and now appears on the sitcom Ladies Man.
