Strontium Dog was a science fiction comic strip in the superb 2000AD comic. In the context of the strip a "Strontium Dog" is a mutant bounty hunter tracking down and apprehending (and occasionally irradicating) criminals. The hero of the strip is the bounty hunter Jonny Alpha, a mutant with X-Ray vision. His partner his Wulf Sternhammer, a nordic giant with a penchant for smashing skulls with his warhammer.
