Primary Plot: Londo tries to gain favor by getting a blessing from a Technomage.

Secondary Plot: Ivanova is promoted to a full commander. She's given a diplomatic assignment--to try to stop a conflict between two warring factions of Drazi.

Commentary: This episode introduces the Technomages, but they don't appear again until Crusade (the spinoff TV series). Aside from Ivanova's promotion, nothing else of note or long-term significance.
