It would have to be Bishop, California. Bishop is the self proclaimed Mule Capitol of the World and mules are, of course, half ass and half horse. Mules are pretty cool, they are much smarter on a steep slope than horses, and a bit less stubborn than donkeys. However, Bishop is still, by definition the Half-Assed Capitol of the World. It's a good place to get drunk off your ass and watch the sunset, though. If you go there near the start of summer (memorial day weekend i think) you will experience 'Mule Days', a celebration of mules, country life, and most of all beer. Bishop is the only town i've been to where i actually was given free beer at the county fair, when i was underage.
