Washington County, Texas is a rural county located 90 miles north of Houston and 120 miles east of Austin. It has the notorioty of being both the birthplace of Texas (at Washington-on-the-Brazos) and one of the largest consumers of beer per capita in the nation (it is true...). Last I heard, it was around second.
