| Literally, a web page devoted to its creator's dog, usually with
big photos of the dog, unnecessary flashy stuff, and every last little
HTML trick its creator knows. Often these exhibit many of the symptoms
mentioned in the Bad Homepage HOWTO.
Also used to refer to any essentially content-free web page that exhibits
similar flashiness/badness.
