No, but seriously -- although I am a man who judges women by their books, I don't use the public library as a place to pick up women. Library patrons have the right to be left alone and read whatever they want without someone asking, "Hey, is that a good book?". It's like going up to someone in church and asking, "Hey, what are you praying about?"

I did once leave a handwritten note on a car with an interesting bumper sticker when I saw it parked at the library, but that wasn't a pickup. It was a Volvo sedan, actually. (rimshot) And it turned out I'd confused Terlingua with Interlingua.
