Hectibus's Horribly un-Korean Kimchi Chigae!
Ingredients:
- About two cups of
cabbage kimchi.
- Some (three stalks?)
spring onion, cut into long tubes.
- Corn
Oil.
- A quarter-pound of ground
pork.
- A
thai chili pepper,
seeded and chopped into rings.
1. Heat the
pot (you will need a pot) to medium high along with the oil and
fry the pork.
2. Add the kimchi and chili pepper and enough water to reach your desired
consistency.
3. Bring to a
boil, then lower the heat (it should still be boiling, even when serving), add the
onion on top.
