Onomotovisua (OH-no-mah-tow-vizh-yew-ah): Something which is named the way it looks. A word that doesn't exist but should, damn it. See onomotopoeia for the root. For example, the World Trade Center in New York is called the 'Twin Towers.' This is the more literal usage; ideally, the object name should evoke a non-defined visual image. Naming a Rorshach Blot image is an example. Much of ASCII Poetry is onomotovisual.
