This is a wonderful salad dressing that I learned how to make from my mother. She's made this dressing for quite a while, though I will admit, it is quite possible she got this recipe from somewhere.

Anyways, it's a wonderful taste, and I'd say better than most store-bought dressings out there, and so easy to make.

Garlic Dressing

2 C Olive Oil or Salad Oil
1/2 C vinegar
1/4 C Tarragon or Wine Vinegar
3 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
2-3 cloves garlic, minced

Simply mix the ingredients, shake well, pour on salad and make it quite yummy.

Do not refrigerate this dressing, as the oil will solidify and ruin your dressing.
