The Astrophysical Journal

Founded in 1895 and published three times a month (in two parts) for the American Astronomical Society (AAS) by The University of Chicago Press. In 1971, the journal came under the guidance of the AAS. The journal has a handful of scientific editors from universities all over the states ensuring a high quality content.
