Also a term denoted to people who attend a rainbow gathering for only a short period of time such as a weekend. Weekend warriors are people from 'babylon' or city life who leave their day jobs to be a part of a gathering of free spirits in the woods.

It's also a term US active Army soldiers use in reference to reservists; A glib, humorous stab at their hopefully part-time job.
