A Oaxacan specialty, a tlayuda is a giant tortilla (a corn tortilla, of course), baked on a comal and spread with suet (go ahead, faint: it is quite tasty, actually) and frijoles refritos. On top of this usually raw onion and queso fresco are sprinkled.

This is your basic tlayuda (also spelled clayuda), but you can also order it with tasajo (meat) and/or quesillo.
