| I'm updating this September 11, 2001, and all around me the world has turned to chaos. However, this is a good time for introspection and writing about myself.
After 5 years or so I graduated university and have a degree on my wall to prove it. I'm a programmer, and like to consider myself a hacker, though I'd never have the audacity to call myself that. I program mostly in C these days, doing cool stuff with embedded systems and Linux. I work at Merilus technologies, formerly Netmaster Networking Solutions and I enjoy it. Day to day I do geek stuff, and even have a bit of a social life, which involves my girlfriend who lives with me (definately unexpected and a rarity among my kind). She is quite wonderful and it's quite awsome to come home to dinner (after some urban terror quake3 action after work of course! I am trying to loose a few pounds off my stocky frame, and it actually seems to be working. I'm going to the gym and even going swimming at the pool at lunch. I have discoverd the joy that is sushi. I try to discover joy in life, even in the big blue room. After today, I will definately do my best not to sweat the small stuff.
