Certified Document
Imaging Architech
Yes, the 't' is missing from "Architech". This is to differentiate document imaging experts from folks who design buildings.
A CDIA has the expertise to design and implement a document management system. Architechs are familiar with all aspects of document imaging and management, from hardware to workflow.
While the certification is easy to obtain (a one-hour, 68-question test), understanding all of the implications of imaging can take a few implementations.
By the way, I got my certification today (happiness!)
