Est. 1982, an
artist run centre in
Toronto that caters to media such as radio, television, and
film, as well as new digital networks, interactive
multimedia,
artificial intelligence and
robotics. Artists have a vital role to play not only in innovating content for these new media but in the exploration of the impact that electronic technologies have on culture.
During the 1990's Inter/Access used Video Teleconferencing to exchange Telecommunication Art with other locations such as Western Front, the Electronic Cafe International and many others. See Jeff Mann
