Ingredients:
75-100g dried
pasta
2 tablespoons
olive oil
2 tablespoons grated
Parmesan cheese
25g Quark soft cheese, or curd cheese, or cream cheese
1 clove of
garlic
1 tablespoon pine
nuts
4 black olives
1 spring
onion
1
tomato

Preparation and cooking time: 25 min
Cook the pasta in boiling water until it is al dente. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Chop the garlic and pine nuts, then mix with the oil, the cheeses and a tablespoon of the cooking water from the pasta. Heat gently. Chop the spring onion, tomato and olives, and stir them in. Drain the pasta, add to the pan with the sauce, toss well and serve immediately.
