A Super Deformed or
SD character is one drawn in the
anime style that has exaggerated features, with
big eyes and often
crazy expressions. When drawn it is usually drawn 3 heads high, with the top head consisting of the actual
head, the middle head being the
torso and
arms, and the bottom head being the
legs and
feet. Almost every anime uses this, and the old
final fantasy games used it often.
