Mark Daniels and
Chris Bemand is the two man
team behind the
electronic band 45 Dip. The team is prevously known from working with artists such as
Massive Attack,
U.N.K.L.E. and
The Brand New Heavies. Although they are virtually unknown, they have as of late 2001 released no less than five
albums and seven
singles.
With their new album "Loungecore", they succeeded in making a fairly popular acid jazz album. Backed up by strong female vocal talents as Liz Fletcher and Alice Perera. The album got very good reviews in several magazines and newspapers such as DJ and The Guardian. The band is now signed to Hed Kandi records.
