Commandos is a real-time strategy game in which you control a team of commandos on various missions during WWII. Each one of you characters has a specialty (sniping, demolition, etc), that is neccesary to complete the missions. It requires lots of patience to play, as you are badly outnumbered and outgunned, and most manuver around using a great deal of stealth. The AI is excellent, with enemies responding differently to sights and sounds. For example, if an enemy soldier sees a soldier that you have killed, he may alert other soldiers, or walk over by himself to investigate, making him easy to do away with. Another example: one of the commandos has a small radio that emits white noise. Put it down, run away and activate it with a remote to lure soldiers over, and sneak into the area they were guarding, although you have to make sure they can't see your footprints. I highly recommend playing it if you are looking for a RTS game that requires a bit more brains than the average fare.
