eFX

eFX by Thirty4 Interactive - mian.skinz.org

eFX is, like WindowBlinds, a program that allows the user to change the interface of Windows by use of a overlay of images that map to windows controls. It isn't as complete as WindowBlinds, and it doesn't cover some of the features WB does, but it's much less resource intensive, and it's also much easier to create skins for.
