The
sign in
Tijeras Canyon that reads "Gusty Winds May Exist" has a big
windsock on top of it.
"We're not sure if gusty winds actually exist, so our hypothesis is clearly written on this sign, along with the equipment to test said hypothesis."
Maybe the sign should read: "Gusty Winds Exist in a Superposition of Possible Magnitudes. Only When You Drive Through Does the Wind State Collapse Into A Single Observed Magnitude, HENCE. . .
Gusty Winds May Exist."
Or something. We see this sign every time we drive up to Sandia Crest for a hike.
