The ICD-10 Classification of Mental and Behavioural Disorders
(© World Health Organization, Geneva, 1992) is the European equivalent of the DSM-IV i.e. a collection of cross-referenced diagnostic criteria, and a mighty fine one at that. Entries are briefer than in the DSM-IV, with sparser cross-referencing and less of a 'tick the boxes' feel to the whole affair (not that there's anything wrong with that).
