Tamagothi is a spoof on the
tamagotchi, written by my friend, R. Hunter Gough.
Like the tamagotchi, the tamagothi grows from a young bat through several stages of growth, and eventually becomes either a perkigothi or a mopeygothi.
Perkigothis develop into one of three forms: Ravers (which destroy the device), punkygothi, or teenygothi.
Mopeygothi develop into one of three forms: industrogothi, junkygothi, or romantigothi. The romantigothi, if treated exactly right, may even turn into the fabled murphygothi!
Two new forms were created after the original tamagothi was developed: the visigothi and the lazygothi.
