Another word for bartender; probably a bit archaic, but I kind of prefer it. In my mind, when I'm wearing an old-school suit with baggy pants and a big fedora rather than the T-shirt and jeans I generally wear, I prefer the word barkeep.

"Hey barkeep! Lemme get another round here. And whatever she's having--tell her I like her smile. Hic."
