At the urging of arcanamundi, I'm updating the homenode. I'm not hanging out here nearly as much as I used to, but I'm still logging on to check msgs and whatnot every few days.

I don't know why I've suddenly found the need to point it out, but Ted and I got married in September '05. We had a pretty awesome wedding, and a ton of our friends were able to come from all over the place. Our ceremony was a 10 minute standing-room-only sort of thing in the park with Modern Angel officiating. After the ceremony we walked over to the Museum of Surgical Science for our reception. Our reception was only dinner and drinking and chatting and listening to music - there was no dance floor, no toasting, no throwing of a bouquet... It was amazing to me that we were able to do all the fun party stuff without any cheesy wedding shit. Our reception was over at 10pm (a perfect time to shed some relatives), so all the cool kids went to a bar in our fancy duds. I never received so many free shots in my life, and I had a great night.

Ted and I went to London and Reykjavik for our honeymoon. We did a ton of siteseeing and relaxing and watching tv. Talk about a fun 2 weeks for us!
