cafe. Owned by
Einstein/Noah Bagel Corp. (ENBC) formed in
1995 with the combination of
Brackman Brothers Bagel Bakery out of
Salt Lake City,
Bagel & Bagel out of
Kansas City,
Offerdahl's Bagel Gourmet out of
Fort Lauderdale, and
Baltimore Bagel Co. out of
San Diego. Later this group aquired
Noah's New York Bagels. They sell
bagels,
cream cheese spreads,
sandwiches,
soups,
baked goods, and
specialty coffees.
I often stop by one of these for a sandwich at lunch time. Tasty.
