Anyone worth their
salt loves roasted
garlic. It's very easy to make.
Slice the tops off of some garlic bulbs, sprinkle with salt and drizzle with
olive oil. Put the tops back on, wrap them in
aluminum foil and bake in a 400 degree oven for 1 hour.
Roasted garlic makes a great spread on its own, or add it to
cream cheese or
butter for extra
pungency :) I like to add it to pasta sauce as well.
