1.CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE.
2. A
model code promulgated by the
National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws to govern state
military forces when not in federal service. 11 U.L.A. 355 et seq. (1974).
(When President Clinton wanted to use the Soldiers' and Sailors' Civil Relief Act during the Lewinski debacle, he was reminded, or told, that he would be subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice, which would be far less lenient, I'm sure.)
