These chicken balls are super, as you'll see after you make these delicious, round dinner treats! Here's what you need:

Ingredients:

Make sure the chicken breasts are totally thawed, as I know a lot of people out there, like me, like to store chicken in the freezer to keep them longer. Also preheat the oven to 375°. Next, beat the living hell out of them with a tenderizing tool of some sort (watch out, that can get messy!). After that, spray a muffin pan with the Pam generously. Next, place little cubes of the Velveeta on the breasts, then roll them into a ball and shove them in the holes in the muffin pan. Cook about 45 minutes.

Actually, you can put anything in the chicken balls; you don't have to do just the Velveeta Mexican Cheese. But whatever you put in the balls, I'm sure you'll love it!
