A villain for the cartoon Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He was a big buff guy with brown clothes and colorful rags around his entire body. His rats were his minions and they could chew their way through anything. He had blonde hair and was, at most, a minor villain and could never compete with Shredder.
